Pesca Maya Fishing Lodge is located 145 kilometres (90 miles) south of Cancun in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere reserve. Ideally located to access the famed Ascension Bay fishery, an area renowned for its abundant permit, bonefish and tarpon, the lodge offers excellent opportunities for achieving a grand slam. Pesca Maya is located on a white sand beach, surrounded by turquoise water and in front of a magnificent coral reef where guests can snorkel and relax when not fishing. Pesca Maya has 11 rooms in three buildings on the beach and a main Palapa that includes a restaurant, bar and fly shop and is the centre of activities.
Pesca Maya Lodge's fishing rates start at $4,290 USD* per person for a seven night/six day fishing package based on double occupancy and two per boat. Pesca Maya Lodge does not have a set schedule which means guests can arrive on any day of the week and stay for the weekend or longer. Pesca Maya also offers day trips from Cancun and rates for non-fishing companions.
