Located just north of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, the world renowned El Pescador fishing lodge offers first rate light tackle fishing with experienced local guides. This location offers El Pescador’s fishing guests the opportunity to fish for bonefish, tarpon, permit and reef fish, giving anglers a legitimate shot at a grand slam 12 months of the year. If your companion doesn’t fish or if you want to extend your stay beyond fishing this is a prime location for diving, exploring the rest of Ambergris Caye, the rest of Belize or spending time by the inviting pool. If the need to fish strikes you on one of those non-fishing days, you can always take out one of the lodges’ kayaks either in the lagoon behind the lodge or on the flats in front of the lodge and try your luck.

Located on the beachfront, El Pescador offers very comfortable accommodations in the main lodge and 1, 2 or 3 bedroom villas. The relaxed atmosphere, welcoming hosts and staff, delicious meals and camaraderie among the guests keeps people coming back year after year.

What’s Included:
The number of nights lodging and days fishing specified in your package; roundtrip air, land and sea transfers between Belize City and El Pescador; three meals per day; hors d'oeuvres; local Belizean beverages consumed at our bar (including soda, beer and rum); complimentary use of all amenities (pools, internet, gym, kayaks, bikes, etc); Belize hotel tax & GST and a welcome drink. Fishing includes either 1 or 2 anglers per boat with some of the best fishing guides in Belize for eight consecutive hours.

Rates:
El Pescador’s fishing package rates start at $5,225 USD* per person for a seven-night/six-day fishing package based on double occupancy and two per boat. El Pescador does not have a set schedule which means guests can arrive on any day of the week and stay for the weekend or for two weeks or more. The lodge also offers single room and single guided fishing supplements to fit almost any need. El Pescador also offers diving and additional tour packages.
