Caye Lime Pie

Caye Lime Pie
Caye Lime Pie tastes like the tropics to me; which places it high on my list of favourite deserts. This recipe is easy to make and looks delicious on the plate!

Hint: Be sure to allow for a few hours in the fridge so that it sets up prior to serving.

Crust
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar

Instructions
Mix together and press into pie plate.

Filling
Ingredients

2 cans condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
4 eggs
2 teaspoons lime zest

Instructions
Mix everything together and pour into prepared pie crust.

Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F. Let cool and then place in fridge to set.

Enjoy!
